Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Is Nearly Here If You're Already Missing Prime Day Deals
Who can resist a good deal? Certainly not us. With Amazon Prime Day deals now over, we are moving on to the next anticipated annual sales event: the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is highly coveted in the retail community. Dating back to the 1960s, it features new merchandise that is stocked and discounted solely for the sale, so it isn't your typical summer clearance event. There is only limited stock available, which creates a sense of urgency among customers. Speaking to Footwear News, President of Nordstrom stores Jamie Nordstrom claims that "customers love it because it's fun" and many return year after year simply for the thrill of the bargain.
While the sale is currently open for card members, it opens to the general public on July 17, 2023, and runs through August 6. This year's sale features thousands of items, including new arrivals, at unbeatable prices.
Fashion favorites
The biggest deals from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale always seem to stem from the clothing departments. Some of our favorite brands are included in the sale this year, such as Free People, Madewell, Spanx, Levis, and Ralph Lauren. Whether you are looking for a new workwear wardrobe, more workout clothing, or cute pajamas, the sale has fashion deals for you.
When it comes to workwear, many of us have now gone back into the office at least part time, so we are constantly looking for trendy, yet office-appropriate items. Get the chic Topshop Belted Blazer in tan or green for over 35% off during the sale. If you are looking for office-appropriate pants, we recommend Wit & Wisdom's 'Ab'Solution Skyrise Wide Leg Ponte Pants, which are both comfy and business casual at the same time. While they normally retail for $88, they are reduced to $58.99 for the sale.
